If you are registering in person, payment will be by cash, check or credit card.

Do I have to register online?

You can register in person at Packet pickup between 5-8 pm or the morning of the race starting at 7 am. There is no guarantee that goody bags and t-shirts will still be available.

Can I register on Race Day?

Yes, but we encourage you to register ahead of time to save time and money! You can register on race day starting at 7 a.m. or the day before during bib/packet-pick up between 5-8 pm. Bib/packet pick-up and race day registration will be in the main ballroom of the Lake Mohawk Country Club. Payment can be made via cash, check, online with credit card, or Venmo.

Where and when is Bib/Packet pickup?

Bib/Packet pick-up begins Wednesday, Nov. 22 between 5-8 p.m. in the Main Ballroom of the Lake Mohawk Country Club. Goodie bags are available while supplies last. Don’t forget to join us for the annual pasta party in the ballroom where you can meet your fellow runners and size up the competition! The pasta party, catered by Villa Capri, is free for registered runners and guests are only $5.

Bibs/Packets also can be picked up the morning of the race beginning at 7 a.m. in the ballroom.

What's in the goodie bags?

The contents of the bags are items that are donated by our sponsors. Not all sponsors give us items for the bags, and not all sponsors give us a lot of items –they give us what they can.

When we fill the bags, the fullest bags are always placed behind the pre-registered tables so that those who preregistered will get the bags with the most items. The bags behind the same-day tables typically only have a few items.

Packet pickup starts Wednesday night and bags are handed out on a first come, first serve basis. WE DO NOT sort bags by when you registered. We assess what we have at the end of Wednesday night and move bags from same day table to pre-registered table if needed.

There is no guarantee you will get a bag with a lot of items. Please be kind to the volunteers!

Can I pick up another runners’ bib?

Yes, but please be sure you will be able to get the bib to the runner. Once the bib has been issued, we will not be able to issue another one.
